UzFood 2027 — 13–15 April 2027

UzFood is the key food industry exhibition in Uzbekistan. The 26th edition — International Exhibition on Food, Ingredients and Food Technologies — takes place 13–15 April 2027 at Uzexpocentre NEC, Tashkent, organized by Iteca Exhibitions.

The organizer publishes 529 participating companies, 26 countries and over 14,000 m² of exhibition space for the latest edition, and it runs a wholesale-chain meeting programme alongside the stands.

Why it matters for frozen poultry and meat buyers

• Uzbekistan is the largest consumer market in Central Asia and, with its neighbours, relies on imported frozen poultry and frozen meat.
• Buyers at the show are importers, distributors and wholesale chains — the profile that purchases by the container rather than by the carton.
• Halal certification, site registration and cold-chain documentation decide whether a supplier gets listed, so the show is where those files are checked.
