IPPE 2027 — 26–28 January 2027

IPPE — the International Production & Processing Expo — is the world’s largest annual poultry and egg, meat and animal food industry event of its kind. The 2027 edition runs 26–28 January 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, and is sponsored by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY), the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) and the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA).

The show covers the chain from feed milling and live production through processing, packaging, food safety and cold-chain handling, with an education programme, the International Poultry Scientific Forum and the Latin American Poultry Summit running alongside the exhibition floor.

• IPPE is where processing, grading and cold-chain practice are compared — the standards that decide whether a plant can deliver consistent frozen poultry at container scale.
