The deals were signed at the opening of the fifth Middle East Poultry Expo at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, in the presence of Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Al-Fadley, according to the Saudi Press Agency. The ministry said the agreements aim to develop the poultry sector, raise production efficiency, strengthen supply chains and expand investment partnerships.
Saudi poultry production is expected to exceed 1.5 million tonnes in 2026, with self-sufficiency rising above 76 percent, according to the government. Financing is part of the picture: the Agricultural Development Fund is presenting credit facilities for poultry producers and cooperatives at the exhibition, and had provided more than 1,575 loans worth SAR 10.4 billion to poultry projects by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
Rising domestic output serves a market that is still a structural net importer of frozen poultry and meat, and the investment wave also drives demand for feed, hatching, processing and cold-chain capacity. For regional buyers, the practical read-across is continued competition for supply into the Gulf alongside steady import volumes.
Nau International Food Group supplies halal frozen poultry and frozen meat from HACCP-certified, GACC-registered plants, with halal certificates, veterinary health certificates and certificates of origin issued for each shipment. We arrange customs clearance and delivery into Dubai and onward distribution across the Gulf, Africa and Central Asia.
