The event ran at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from 6 to 8 October 2026 under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and was organised by ADNEC Group with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA). It drew 47,092 attendees, 17 percent more than the 2025 edition, while the value of agreements signed rose 5 percent to AED 6.9 billion. Some 2,580 exhibitors from 92 countries took part across eight food value chain sectors; national exhibitors accounted for 67 percent of participation, international exhibitors 33 percent and small and medium-sized enterprises 22 percent.
The final day of the AgriTech Forum focused on international regulatory alignment, biosecurity protocols and cold-chain infrastructure across the Middle East — the same three areas where regional supply chains were tested during the shipping disruption of 2026. A Hosted Buyers Programme again ran structured meetings between exhibitors and pre-qualified international buyers, including food processors, commercial farm operators and procurement teams.
For buyers and suppliers into the Gulf the message is plain: the region is still contracting imported protein and still building the cold chain to receive it, and documentation and biosecurity standards are the parts of an offer that get scrutinised first. Suppliers who can put certificates and traceability in front of a buyer at the first meeting close faster.
